Mutual is the brand and design studio of Diddo Velema.
We offer brand/design services for the travel, hospitality and lifestyle industry. We believe in the power of collaboration and the fundamental human desire for mutual respect, energy and understanding.

The goal is to bring any concept or idea to life. So far we’ve for example conceived and branded a nontraditional wine blend, rebranded the Dutch National football team, brought to life the work of architect Frank Gehry, introduced advanced sports training technology, branded the Air Combat Command of the Royal Netherlands Air Force, taken a road trip with Hailey Baldwin & Lucky Blue Smith, founded and branded a wine bar, branded the first women’s football platform, re-imagined death and its rituals, launched a brand for social messengers, supported artists and many other projects.

For more then 20 years as a designer, art director & creative director Diddo has gained deep and broad experience, having worked both client and agency side for numerous international brands like Adidas, Asics, Karl Lagerfeld, Helly Hansen, Mini, Calvin Klein, Nike, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and agencies such as Wieden+Kennedy, 180, Anomaly, Sidlee & ...,Staat.
